Give a Windows Vista look to XP
Even if you don't have Vista, the Universal Vista Inspirat Bricopack will make your PC look like it’s been fitted with Microsoft’s latest operating system. Not limiting itself to one visual style, Universal Vista Inspirat is a bulky (483 MB) yet complete theme pack made up of wallpapers, icons and appearances that will give your PC a complete makeover.
We were impressed by this Vista theme pack. Not only do you get the sleek menu bar characteristic of Vista, but the theme also sets up a Mac-like dock where you can nest icons from your favorite applications. They even magnify when you roll over them!
With Universal Vista Inspirat's Ubericon feature you can get that magnifying touch for every item you double click. Another feature that separates Universal Vista Inspirat from other simple Vista Themes is Y’s Shadow. This feature gives a cool drop shadow to your windows, which you can easily increase or decrease and even apply to your taskbar.
Universal Vista Inspirat ingeniously improves the feel of your XP menu, but we felt a little more skeptical about the cosmetic changes it applies to other Microsoft applications. Word and Outlook are given a fresher, whiter look, but we were unimpressed by how Windows Media Player appeared, with a strange purple color replacing the default sleek dark feel.
Universal Vista Inspirat is an impressive theme pack filled with original features that definitely separates it from typical Vista themes.

Windows XP a Windows Vista Look.
Sometimes people just want to stick with Windows XP but you also need to check the operating system and Windows Vista, without giving more than just that. For this, there are some tools that can give the appearance of Windows Vista to XP. One of them is VistaMizer.VistaMizer modifies your system files, so that when you restart the computer after installing VistaMizer, you will not even remember how old the desktop appears.
With VistaMizer you are now able to convert Windows XP, or Server 2003, giving it the look and feel of Windows Vista. Therefore more than 380 files with new icons, images and videos are modified. The main advantage is that this program does not change the internal structure of a file or program, but only the icons are the changes, you can enjoy the appearance of Vista on your system is running XP.
The following are some options that you see with VistaMizer - * Vista, look for Windows XP, or Server 2003
* Change the file system clean
* Multilingual
* The option of a completely free editor for files
* Check the compatibility files during the installation
* Save the original file system
* Re-adjust the system files after Windows Updates
* Reconstruction of the original system files with the abolition of More

I'm using this pack about 3 years and no problem. It's very nice and cool. Only 83 system files to be "hack". I'd try copy them to my USB XPLive and greats. Their avi animation looks like smoothly and smallest then vista origin. Thanks Brico !
Pros:
Only need small system resources ! Bah ..
Cons:
Visual themes; Aero/Basic not good. The border very shining More

Great Job Guys.
I have been using Windows XP for many years and I have been happy with it's performance. Most of the bugs have been worked out and it is very stable and reliable but the user interface is outdated and obsolete. Then came Vista.... I love the polished interface BUT the performance, system requirements, and incompatibility issues turned me off completely. This XP conversion software is an acceptable alternative to outright taking a walk on the wild side by upgrading to Vista. I have tried other "so called" XP to Vista software and they either didn't get it quite right or they just simply *sucked* and fouled up my computer. With the addition of a couple other pieces of software that completed the Vista look, fell, and experience the average person can not tell the difference between my machine and an actual Vista machine. It's great!
Pros:
1. Make your PC look and feel like Vista for free
2. Very well written software stable and virus free
3. Looks identical to Vista can fool the average user
Cons:
1. Must download other software to complete the experience. (Sidebar/Clock, Boot Up Screen, Toolbar Thumbnails etc) However these are available FREE on the internet also. More

Stunning looks for an traditional Win XP.
I am using this software for many years,i have tried many windows theme expands but some contain viruses, some are harm full to OS,some are very hard to remove and another some slows your system. While using this Vista Inspirat BricoPack 2.1 i feel more comfortable with my PC with better visuals, performance and much more.Try this software and u will never run your pc without tis software.
